Maintenance support plan works well for businesses
that have basic needs: system stability, data protection and once
a month visits to ensure the network is running optimally. Additional
support during the month is billed at the standard rates.
Onsite's Complete
IT Management allows
clients to focus on running their business. All systems and devices
are supported and maintained. All server, workstation, user and
vendor issues are handled by One Point of Contact. Monthly Network
Health Reports are generated for the clients' review. Quarterly
Strategic IT Meetings to discuss current and future plans. All
